    Description

    This pressed steel Van started life in the 1930's as a Cloverdale Farms Dairy Truck, but today it's an International Harvester "METRO" Van. I received the toy in horrible condition, just a decent body with no grille. Being the tinker guy that I am, I was able to form a Metro Van grille using brass rod, then added an "International" logo tie tac onto the grille for more curb appeal.  The body is clean and straight with new blue paint job.  The aluminum frame is 1,000% home made, and the rubber tires were not original to this toy, they replaced the wood wheels, these tires came from a Hubley toy as I recall.
    NOTE: This piece is presently being converted to a mobile barber shop vehicle- - -stay tuned.
