Description

YUTA stretchers – universal solution for casualty transportation during evacuation in any area and in situation, where other solutions are NOT working, or are not effective. It can be used to carry casualties from frontline to safe zone with casevac, from forests, mountains to bring out from ruined buildings and any other difficult places. All of what was tested and used in real life casualty care situations, in some of which YUTA stretchers was the only solution, and saves the day, and live of wounded soldiers.

When unfolded and ready to use forms rigid frame, due to which there is not much impact of rough terrain, making the risk of secondary trauma is drastically reduced. Antifriction inlay not only prevents the victim's movement inside the nose, but also prevents heat loss from the back side, where the rescue blanket is ineffective, thus preventing the development of hypothermia.
The original design of the stretchers gives the opportunity not only to securely fix the casualty, but also transport of great weight, and reduce the number of people required for evacuation. If necessary, even one person can drag stretchers with casualty in it.
Stretchers are made of high-pressure polyethylene, which can withstand friction with any surface, whether it is forest soil, stone, concrete or asphalt without destruction for a long time, as well as any weather influence. We already have successful result of testing in training rescue operation in the mountains of Norway at a temperature of -28 degrees Celsius. For over than three years of combat use over 100 stretchers in frontline of Donbass there weren't any report of breaking.
Any variant of YUTA rolls down to the size of ordinary tourist mat. For different roles we create three versions of stretchers:
